I have been very, very sick lately, so I figured I would post a quick new pattern before I drifted back off to sleep. Here is one of my favorite oldie but goodie patterns, The Blanket Stitch:
Worsted Weight Yarn
1. 2 DC in 4th ch from hook, skip 2 stitches *(sc, 2dc)all in the next st, skip 2 stitches** repeat from * to ** across, sc in last st. Ch 2, turn.
2. 2dc in first st, skip 2 sts, *(sc, 2dc)all in next stitch, skip 2 stitches** repeat from * to ** sc in last st.
Repeat Row 2 until desired length.
Basically, after your first row, you’re skipping all DC stitches and putting a sc and 2 DC in each sc.
