As exciting as last week was, I only have one finished item to show this week. This week was incredibly busy with appointments for the kiddos, so while I was fitting in as much crocheting as I could, I didn’t get much finished as far as my current WIP drawdown!
Here’s what I finished this week!
This is another beautiful pattern by Priscilla Hewitt! It is called Lille Metalasse Circular Baby Afghan and it is part of that pattern pack I was telling you about a few weeks ago that was 15 patterns for $10! This is another pattern that makes the pack well worth the cost! This one took about 3.5 skeins or just under 1.700 yards of Baby Bee Baby Mine yarn. The finished measurement was 35″ in diameter, which makes it a nice size and I’m sure that it’ll stretch out a little bit as its washed and used. I can tell you, if you don’t like bobbles/popcorns or FPDC, I don’t recommend this pattern for you…well, even if you don’t, I think this pattern is well worth the struggle!
Hopefully, this next week is a little bit calmer and I can finish up more than one project next week (and maybe start a new one…or two!), we shall see! I also have a few more pattern ideas rolling around in my head that I need to work out, one of which is partially worked up and part of my WIP stash!
In the meantime, stay inspired!
