Once Upon The Purple Waves Slouch

Working on Christmas presents kills two birds with one stone sometimes, at least when you design your own patterns, because not only do you finish a present, you also have a new pattern to release! I saw this yarn when I was in Hobby Lobby about a month ago and fell in love, but I couldn’t justify the cost at $6/skein of 119 yards, so I moved on…reluctantly. Well, everyone makes exceptions for gifts, well, at least I do, so I caved and bought 2 skeins. I picked the color because I knew my cousin liked purples, so this Grapeberry was perfect.

This pattern is excellent for a beginner because it’s a heck of a lot simpler than it looks, which is what I live by! Without further ado, I give you the One Upon The Purple Waves Slouch pattern!
