Green Ridges Scarf

Keeping this post short and simple. I made this scarf as a Christmas gift and just figured I’d share the pattern in case anyone else wanted to make one.

Green Ridges Scarf


  • Worsted (4) Weight Yarn
  • US10/6.00mm Knitting Needles
  • Scissors
  • Needle


CO 35

  • Row 1-6: K1, *P1, K1, repeat from * across, turn.
  • Row 7: K1, (P1, K1)2 times, K to last 5 sts, K1, (P1, K1)2 times, turn.
  • Row 8: K1, (P1, K1)2 times, P to last 5 sts, K1, (P1, K1)2 times, turn.
  • Row 9: Repeat Row 7.
  • Row 10: Repeat Row 7.
  • Row 11: Repeat Row 8.
  • Row 12: Repeat Row 7.

Repeat Rows 7-12 until piece measures about 59” in length or until 1” less than desired length.

  • Repeat Rows 1-6

Bind off. Block.
